S.I.Partners
Team

Our Team

One of our strongest attributes is the mix of skills, personalities and experiences among our partners.

Each has their own specialist field of knowledge and experience, and client projects will often involve a blend of partner involvement, as required.

Our talent proposition is “independent thinkers”.  We look for people who can think for themselves, contribute to our collective knowledge and have a fundamental desire to do the right thing.

    Charles Fallon

Charles co-founded S.I.Partners with Alistair, and leads the firm’s consultancy practice. This involves conducting strategic reviews, and providing advice regarding every aspect of business improvement.

Some assignments are analytical and quantitative, and involve helping clients to develop and change their businesses, and increasing their profitability. Others address interpersonal issues, and involve training and coaching teams and individuals to change their behaviours and to work together better.

Charles and the consulting team work with clients in all major business regions: the Far East and Continental Europe as well as the UK.  As well as carrying out consulting assignments, Charles carries out a non-executive role for a number of clients, and acts as a personal coach to a number of business leaders.

Before creating S.I.Partners, Charles and Alistair started, built and sold the Pets’ Pyjamas internet and catalogue business. Pets’ Pyjamas was one of Europe’s major dot-com business stories. Charles and Alistair have collaborated with a number of entrepreneurs to help build and sell businesses.

Prior to this, Charles spent nearly a decade at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising London as a Group Account Director responsible for clients such as Hewlett Packard and Schweppes. He restructured Saatchi’s direct marketing and sales promotion offerings, and launched Saatchi Vision and Saatchi Interactive.

Charles is a frequent speaker at conferences, and runs a series of workshops with the AAR.

Before creating S.I.Partners, Alistair and Charles started, built and sold the Pets’ Pyjamas internet and catalogue business. Pets’ Pyjamas was one of Europe’s major dot-com business stories. This entrepreneurship followed General Management roles for Inchcape Plc in the Near, Middle and Far East.

Since then Nick has worked with companies in every sector of marketing services, and more recently with a number of other consultancy businesses.
