Charles Fallon
Charles co-founded S.I.Partners in London with Alistair Angus in 2002. Charles currently leads the firm’s consultancy practice in the UK and Europe.Prior to launching S.I.Partners, Charles built and sold companies in the internet, direct selling and media sectors.
Previously, Charles spent nearly a decade at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising London as a Group Account Director responsible for clients such as Hewlett Packard and Schweppes. He restructured Saatchi’s direct marketing and sales promotion offerings, and launched Saatchi Vision and Saatchi Interactive.
Charles is a frequent speaker at conferences, and runs a series of workshops with the AAR. He is also a member of The Marketing Society. Charles carries out a number a non-executive roles for clients, and acts as a personal coach to business leaders.

Alistair Angus
Alistair co-founded S.I.Partners in London with Charles Fallon in 2002. Based in Hong Kong, Alistair currently runs S.I.Partners Asia operation.Prior to launching S.I.Partners, Alistair built and sold companies in the internet, direct selling and manufacturing sectors. This entrepreneurship followed General Management roles for Inchcape Plc in the Near, Middle and Far East.
Alistair’s first degree was in Chemistry, followed by an MBA from Manchester Business School, conducted in part at Università Bocconi, Milan.

Tristan Rice
Tristan joined S.I.Partners in 2006. Based in London, Tristan runs the UK business and leads the firm’s corporate finance practice in the UK and Europe.Prior to joining S.I.Partners, Tristan built and sold the specialist media planning & buying agency Red Media. He co-founded the agency in 1994 at the age of 24, following several years in media sales. Red Media was acquired by BLM Group (now Arena Media) in 2005.

Nick Horswell
Nick joined S.I.Partners in 2005 as Chairman of S.I.Partners LLP.Nick spent 16 years working in the media departments of various full-service advertising agencies, before leaving in 1989 to set up an independent media agency with his friends David Pattison and Jonathan Durden (PHD).
After then selling the successful independent PHD business to the AMV Group, by the end of 2000, PHD had become a group of 8 companies, employing 240 mainly happy people, turning over nearly £400 million a year. In early 2002, Nick left to set up Uncle, offering consultancy support (‘uncle-ing’) to small and medium sized creative agencies and the people who run them.
Nick has since worked with companies in every sector of marketing services, and more recently with a number of other consultancy businesses.

Roger Alexander
Roger joined S.I.Partners in 2011 as Advisor to the Board.Just prior to his retirement from the legal profession, Roger Alexander was described by Campaign in its 2010 A list as “The UK’s pre-eminent advertising lawyer”. During his many years at Lewis Silkin, Roger became a leading adviser to clients in the Marcoms industry, advising international networks and agencies and many senior executives in the sector in a range of commercial areas from M&A through to HR issues.
He advises the Board (in a non-legal capacity) on a range of issues relating to the strategy and development of S.I.Partners and the services it provides to its clients, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge of both the Marcoms sector, and managing a professional services firm himself.
Roger is Non-Executive Group Chairman of Walker Books and a Non-Executive Director of The Communications Agency and Central School of Speech & Drama.

Isabel Langdon
Isabel joined S.I.Partners in 2010. Based in London, Isabel works on both consultancy and corporate finance assignments for clients in the UK and across Europe.Prior to joining S.I.Partners, Isabel spent 18 months at The Client Relationship Consultancy working directly with international networks to help monitor and improve agency and client relationships and facilitate good communications.
Isabel read History at the University of Oxford, where she first gained commercial experience as Business Manager of the independent student newspaper, The Cherwell.

Raymond So
Raymond joined S.I.Partners in 2012 as Chairman of S.I.Partners Asia.Raymond has extensive experience in media and advertising having started his career at DDB Needham. Raymond was instrumental in the setup of the advertising agencies JWT China and JWT Taiwan and became Chairman and CEO of JWT North East Asia, and in 2001, Raymond moved to take the role of Chairman, Asia Pacific at BBDO.
Raymond has been elected President of Taipei Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies, World Vice President of International Advertising Association, Chapter President of IAA Taipei and most recently Vice Chairman of the Asian Federation of Advertising Associations.
Raymond graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Francesca Revell
Francesca joined S.I.Partners in 2011. Based in London, Francesca manages the London office and assists the consultancy and corporate finance teams with client and research projects.Francesca also manages the development of Soho15; a forum for leaders in the marcoms and technology sectors.
Prior to joining S.I.Partners, Francesca worked with a boutique management consultancy firm, providing project management and business development support to clients in the Public Sector. Francesca also managed events, PR and marketing for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
In 2011, Francesca interned at the London 2012 Organising Committee; interviewing volunteer candidates for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Francesca studied History at Manchester University, where she was sub-editor of the Student Newspaper.

Rosie McKeith
Rosie joined S.I.Partners in 2012. Based in London, Rosie works on both consultancy and corporate finance assignments for clients in the UK and across Europe.Prior to joining S.I.Partners, Rosie worked in public relations, with a focus on pharmaceutical and third-sector clients assisting on a diverse range of projects, assisting numerous blue-chip brands to drive brand awareness and sales.
Rosie graduated in 2011 from the University of Bristol with a joint-honours degree in Politics and Social Policy.

Paul Allen
Paul joined S.I.Partners in 2012. Based in London, Paul works with both the consultancy and corporate finance teams advising on business process improvement, and commercial and transaction modeling.Prior to joining S.I.Partners, Paul was European CFO for Naked Communications, where he was responsible for the financial, commercial and operational management of the businesses across the region. During his five years at Naked, he was involved in the sale of the Naked Group to Photon Group Pty Ltd, as well as the opening and closing of various international offices.
Paul was Senior European Accountant at Edelman and spent several years performing various finance roles at agencies within the marketing services sector, including PR, Media Buying, Branding and Design.
Paul qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2004 and became a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2009.

Jen de Mendonça
Jen joined S.I.Partners Asia in 2012. Based in Hong Kong, Jen manages the Hong Kong office and works on both consultancy and corporate finance assignments for clients in Asia.Prior to joining S.I.Partners Asia, Jen spent five years with Michael Page International in both London and Hong Kong. She has extensive experience in recruiting senior and executive finance and HR professionals across a broad client base. During this period, she also spent time working within in the learning and development team; designing and delivering training programmes to consultants across the UK.
Jen gained early commercial experience managing and developing a catering and event management company based in Cambridgeshire.
Jen read Geography at The University of Southampton.

Alyssiah Tsui
Alyssiah joined S.I.Partners in 2013. Based in Hong Kong, Alyssiah works with both the consultancy and corporate finance teams advising on business process improvement, and commercial and transaction modeling.
Prior to joining S.I.Partners Asia, Alyssiah spent seven years at integrated advertising agency IRIS. During this time Alyssiah built a Commercial finance team in London, and as Commercial Director, provided financial leadership to support their growth in Asia.
Alyssiah qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2008.
